LMS Transportation Services

For transportation beyond our standard routes, arrangements can be made for an additional fee.

 

How to Book the Services

Booking our transportation services is simple and convenient. Follow these steps to secure your ride:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to request transportation services.

2. Provide Details: Share your travel itinerary, including your flight details, hotel reservation, and appointment schedule. This helps us coordinate your pick-up and drop-off seamlessly.

4. Stay Connected: Make sure to keep your phone accessible and turned on upon your arrival, so our driver can easily reach you.

 

Regular Routes (Hotel, Hospital, Airport)

Our transportation services cover the most essential routes to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible:

1. Airport to Hotel Upon your arrival, our driver will be waiting to pick you up and take you to your hotel. Follow these instructions:

Arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport:

  • After disembarking, proceed through immigration and present your passport.

  • Follow signs to baggage claim to collect your luggage.

  • If you have items to declare, follow the signs to customs.

  • After clearing customs, turn right and walk straight along the hallway to exit gate (door) no.3, where you will meet our driver.

  • Look for our driver holding a sign with your name near gate no.3.

  • Our driver will provide you with an envelope containing a welcome note, your consultation date and time, further instructions, and your hotel booking confirmation.

Arrival at Don Mueang Airport:

  • After disembarking, proceed through immigration and present your passport to receive your visa stamp.

  • Follow signs to baggage claim to collect your luggage. Proceed to the airport information counter where our driver will be holding a sign with your name.

  • Our driver will provide you with an envelope containing a welcome note, your consultation date and time, further instructions, and your hotel booking confirmation.

2. Affiliated Hotel to Hospital For your medical appointments, our driver will pick you up from your hotel and ensure you arrive at the hospital comfortably and on time. We coordinate closely with our medical team to ensure seamless transfers for your consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments.

3. Affiliated Hospital to Hotel After your medical appointments or treatments, our driver will be ready to take you back to your hotel. We prioritize your comfort and safety, ensuring a smooth ride back to your accommodation where you can rest and recover.

4. Affiliated Hotel to Airport At the end of your stay, we provide transportation back to the airport for your departure. Our driver will ensure you arrive at the airport with plenty of time to check in and go through security.

Recommendations Before Traveling

  • Medication: Stop taking aspirin, any blood thinner medication, estrogen hormone, anti-androgens, and all NSAID drugs (e.g., Ibuprofen, Diclofenac) at least 2 weeks before traveling.

  • Smoking: Stop smoking 1 month before and after surgery to avoid complications.

  • Preparation: Remove nail polish and piercings at least 3 days before the surgery date.

  • Documentation: Patients should bring original copies of lab test reports and X-ray images (film or CD) to provide to our team on your consultation day. If you schedule SRS surgery with us, please also bring all original copies of SRS letters with handwritten signatures from your mental specialist(s).

At LMS, we offer flexible payment methods to accommodate your needs. You can choose between making a bank transfer using the SWIFT system or paying via a secure credit card link. Here’s how you can use each method:

For those who prefer traditional banking methods, we provide the option to make payments via SWIFT bank transfer. This method allows for secure and direct transactions to our designated bank account. We will provide LMS banking details and transfer instructions via email.  Here’s how to proceed: 

  • Request Banking Details: Reach out to us to obtain the specific banking information required for the SWIFT transfer. This includes our SWIFT code, account number, account holder’s name, and bank address.  

  • Initiate the Transfer: Use your bank’s online platform or visit a local branch to initiate the SWIFT transfer. Enter the provided banking details carefully to ensure the payment reaches our account without any issues. 

  • Choose Your Currency: You have the option to transfer funds in your local currency or Thai Baht. Consult with your bank to determine the most advantageous currency option for your transaction.  

  • Complete and Verify: After completing the transfer, keep a copy of the transaction receipt for your records. 

  • Notify Us: Send us the transaction receipt and any pertinent details via email to help us track and confirm your payment.  

 

2. Payment Link (Credit Card) 

For a more convenient and modern payment option, you can use a secure credit card payment link. This method is simple and efficient, ensuring your payment is processed quickly. Here’s how to use this option: 

  • Request a Payment Link: Contact our LMS team to request a payment link for the amount due. Provide any necessary details such as your invoice number or reference so that your payment is correctly attributed.  

  • Access the Secure Portal: Upon receiving the payment link, click on it to be directed to our secure payment portal.  

  • Enter Your Information: On the payment portal, input your credit card details. Ensure that all information is entered accurately to avoid any issues with the transaction.  

  • Confirm the Payment: Review the payment details and confirm the transaction. You will receive an email confirmation once the payment has been successfully processed.  

  • Retain Confirmation: Save the payment confirmation for your records to ensure you have proof of your transaction.
